Upcoming June Programs for Teens!

The summer of programs for Teens kicks off tomorrow (June 15) with Floppy Disk/Cassette Tape Books!  I will show you how to recycle old floppy disks and cassette tapes and turn them into your very own personalized journals!  Here are a few picutres of journals I have made:

Next up we have Dishes of Recycled Fun!  In this program I will show you how to repurpose all those empty plastic containers you get from takeout places or from the grocery store.  Take a look:

Then there is Radio Reboot, featuring MJ from Chicago's own 103.5 KISS FM!  MJ will be visiting the Library for his second program this year, and  this time he will be showing us all about how they create radio commercials and breaks, plus you will be able to ask him all the questions you can think of!

And finally, for the month of June we have the ever popular Babysitter Training Workshop!  This is a 2 day, all day program.  For a $5 registration fee, to be paid at the time of registration, you walk away with the knowledge and the know how to be a bettter babysitter!  Don't forget to bring a stuffed animal to "practice" on and a sack lunch!
